There is a 18% buyer's premium which will be added to your total with a 3% discount for cash payments. 8% State & Local taxes will be included on all invoices. Tax exempt buyer's please provide a Sales and Use Tax Form when you pick-up items. You will not be considered tax exempt without it. There shall be no guarantees made of any kind, regardless of any statement of condition that may be made from any auction staff or the seller, both verbal and written. Once the auctioneer declares an item/s is SOLD, the buyer becomes solely and entirely responsible for all items purchased by him/her immediately following a winning bid. Buyer assumes all responsibility in removal, transportation and handling of purchases. 5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept any bids in any increment that, in the Auctioneers opinion, are in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer also reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder whose conduct, adverse comments, or actions the Auctioneer feels are not in the best interest of the Seller.6. Any dispute among bidders will be settled by the auctioneer at her sole discretion, and her decision and remedy will be deemed final.7.
